Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products, opened supplements, or items not in original condition cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.

Any original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
